Refund policy

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

CROSSTAC warrants to the end user (“Customer”) that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, normal wear and tear excepted, for one year from the date of delivery.

At CROSSTAC’s sole discretion, its obligation under this warranty is limited to: (1) repairing the defective product or part; (2) replacing it with an equivalent product or part; or (3) refunding the purchase price paid.

Any product or part replaced under warranty becomes the property of CROSSTAC. Repaired or replacement products are warranted for ninety (90) days from shipment or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

RETURNS

For warranty, return, or repair assistance, use our Contact Us page. Providing your order information and photos of the issue will help us respond faster.

All returns require prior authorization. Return shipments must be prepaid, packaged appropriately, and sent by a trackable method. Responsibility for loss or damage remains with the customer until the return is received by CROSSTAC.

For approved warranty claims, CROSSTAC will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and ship the repaired or replacement product back to the customer at CROSSTAC’s expense.

Non-warranty returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition unless otherwise approved by CROSSTAC.

Once a refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your credit card or other original payment method.

EXCEPTION — BELT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CROSSTAC belts are made by hand to the size ordered. If a return or exchange is required because the customer provided an incorrect measurement, CROSSTAC will provide a credit equal to 75% of the original belt purchase price toward a replacement belt in another size.

The returned belt must be unworn, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not apply when the alleged defect or malfunction does not exist or results from:

Failure to follow CROSSTAC installation, operation, or maintenance instructions.
Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product.
Damage caused by direct fire, muzzle blast, muzzle overpressure, ordnance, or ammunition. Yes, that includes blowing up a shooting bag because the muzzle was sitting on it. That is not a warranty claim.
Abuse, misuse, negligence, or other acts or omissions of the customer or persons under the customer’s control.
Acts of third parties, acts of God, accident, fire, lightning, power surges or outages, or other hazards.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIVE

CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS DESCRIBED ABOVE. TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. CROSSTAC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, OR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CROSSTAC EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF ITS PRODUCTS, EVEN IF CROSSTAC OR ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CROSSTAC’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT CROSSTAC’S OPTION. THIS LIMITATION WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
