Protect the Crown While You Clean.

The CROSSTAC® Crown Saver threads onto the muzzle and gives your cleaning rod and brush a protective Delrin guide as they enter and exit the bore—helping prevent accidental damage to the all-important barrel crown.

The caliber-sized opening also gives you a tactile reference so you can feel when the brush has completely cleared the bore before reversing direction. As a bonus, it helps contain some of the solvent spray coming out the muzzle.
