The CROSSTAC® Tactical Rear Squeeze Bag uses an ergonomic oval shape that naturally fits your hand, giving you smooth, precise rear elevation adjustments without fighting the bag.

Our one-way stretch construction controls how the bag moves under pressure, while FlowFill™ gives it the smooth tactile feel and durability we wanted from an everyday rear bag. The integrated wrist strap keeps the bag connected to your off-hand while allowing the light squeeze-and-release adjustments a rear bag is actually designed for.

We don't sew the bag shut. Every TRSB (in fact, all our bags) is zippered so you can adjust the amount of fill to get the feel you want. We intentionally ship them overfilled—shoot it, remove a little fill at a time, and tune the bag to your preference.

We ship it intentionally overfilled—shoot it first, then remove a little fill at a time until the bag responds the way you want.

Standard or Ultralight — Which One Is Right for Me?

Choose the Standard TRSB if: You want our most durable everyday fill, don't mind carrying the extra weight, and prefer the smooth, substantial feel of FlowFill™ LDPE media.

Choose the Ultralight TRSB if: You're hiking, hunting, competing or carrying your equipment far enough that every ounce matters. It performs the same basic job with a fraction of the fill weight.

How much weight does the Ultralight save? The 6" Standard weighs approximately 13.6 oz., compared with just 1.04 oz. for the 6" Ultralight. The 8" Standard weighs approximately 20.8 oz., while the 8" Ultralight weighs just 1.36 oz.

Do they work differently? Both use the same ergonomic rear-bag concept and are designed for fine elevation control. The major difference is what's inside—and therefore the weight, feel and durability of the fill.

Why is the Ultralight so much lighter? LiteFill™ uses extremely lightweight media instead of the denser FlowFill™ found in the Standard bag. On the 8" version, that removes more than a pound from a small piece of gear.

Is the Standard fill more durable? Yes. If minimum weight isn't important, FlowFill™ is our choice for maximum everyday durability. LiteFill™ requires a little more common sense—it's designed for light rear-bag adjustments, not to be crushed like a stress ball.

Can I adjust the fill in either version? Yes. Both are zippered and intentionally shipped overfilled so you can remove fill until the bag feels right for the way you shoot.

Which would we choose? If you're mostly shooting from a range or established firing position, choose Standard. If you're carrying everything yourself and counting ounces, choose Ultralight.
