The newest addition to the CROSSTAC family of bags, the Ultralight Rear Bag weighs a mere 0.3 lbs vs. the standard version at 5.1 lbs. Huge difference in weight, with no difference in function. Perfect small pyramid style bag for "all-around" use, from rifles to pistols. Now super light.
Fill is similar to bean bag fill, but smaller diameter beads for a better feel. Feel is virtually identical to the original bag, just lighter. Really a great option for this bag!
This Rear Bag is the perfect rear support for a gunstock or a pistol shooting support. This smaller bag is more compact and is easy to transport. It has a pyramid shape to prevent tipping over under recoil. It's a much smarter design vs. the rectangular shapes out there that tip over. Non-skid base prevents moving around on the bench. 1000-denier material = tough, unlike the cheap material from the lesser quality bags on the market.
